In this episode, Jason and Jen Goins join us at the table to share encouragement and wisdom they have gained from 21 years of marriage- through both struggle and celebration. They have spent years coaching couples, studying God's Word, and researching the best Christian marriage and family resources. They’ve taught their clients how to deeply connect with their spouses, come alive in their Christian walks, understand their purposes and identities, communicate with grace and love, build on their differences, and function as a winning team!

In this episode our sweet friend Hannah Johnson encouraged us to walk in wisdom by learning to rest and honor the Sabbath as we intentionally allow the Holy Spirit to fill us up so that we can keep walking through every season.
Romans 15:13 says, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
This Christmas we pray you take every opportunity to smile, extend a kind word, or engage in a genuine gesture that could be the difference in life and death for those walking alone during this season. Let’s not miss the opportunities God puts before us.
Merry Christmas! Keep Walking!

In this episode our friend Josh Cutler joins us at the table to share personal testimony of healing and presence of God's PEACE, that has beautifully been woven in and through his own story. Josh has experienced FREEDOM in the area of chronic pain relating to lyme disease, depression, and mental health -- and through changing his diet, mind set, and ongoing spiritual growth --he believes that others can experience these same results as they apply changes to their lives. As a basketball coach and basketball enthusiast, Josh knows that the game of basketball has and will, continue to be used as a powerful tool to draw others towards a personal relationship with Christ is ways only GOD can do. We pray you are encouraged and inspired in your personal walk as you seek to walk more closely to HIM in mind, body, and soul.
We are are so glad you’re here and it is our goal to inspire and encourage you to keep walking in all the seasons of your life. We know that looks different for each person and each of you is walking through a circumstance or situation that we have no idea about, but we just want to remind you that God knows all about it. HE sees you and loves you and He wants to be a part of everything you are walking through. As we continue to celebrate the birth of our Savior, we also anticipate His return. We hope you will take some time to reflect on the peace that Jesus brings. It’s so different from what the world offers. In fact Jesus tells in John 14:27:
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
We think you will agree that our guest is a living testimony of this truth. In the face of trial and suffering, can we still experience the peace that Christ gives us! We say yes! Let’s keep walking!
Merry Christmas!

In this episode Greg Smith joins us at the table to share a Message of Hope - that can be found and experienced TODAY through a relationship with Christ. As we prepare our hearts and homes for Christmas this year, we want to invite you to slow down, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and keep Christ as the center of everything you do. He loves you and wants to be a part of every area of your life.
As we seek to love and honor God through our lives, He generously pours out wisdom through His Word, and through others. Greg shares some great nuggets of truth found in 1 Thessalonians 4 and 5.
"Aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, so that you may walk properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one." (4:11-12)
"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." (5:16-18)
We invite you to join us, in lighting a candle this week of Advent, to represent the HOPE of Christ! We would love to see your wreaths and candles. Please share how you incorporate Advent into your Christmas festivities. You can find us on facebook or instagram @walkingwithKelleyandKristy

In this episode, our friend Delissa Dixon is back at the table to share a powerful yet challenging topic: Complacency. Delissa walks us through the first chapter of Proverbs, found in the Old Testament of the Bible, and challenges us to shake off areas of complacency that are keeping us from attaining Godly wisdom and understanding. She encourages us to respond to the conviction of the Holy Spirit and then make room for the loving correction He brings. We pray you are encouraged through her testimony -- and we invite you to join us in this simple prayer, that we believe could have a huge impact on your life. "Holy Spirit Deal With Me."
Happy Thanksgiving! We are so THANKFUL for you, and we are praying for you TODAY!

In this episode Rich McGough joins us at the table to share encouragement through his own personal testimony and what God has been teaching him as he walks with the Lord in this season. As each of us walk with the Lord, study His Word, and allow His presence to change us from the inside out, it is there we begin to understand that - YES, in Christ we are a NEW creation and we’ve been reconciled to God through Christ. As ambassadors for Christ, it is both our privilege and our responsibility to love those around us unconditionally and actively spread the good news of the gospel!
Do you have a “Then and Now” testimony of your life before and after Christ? We would love to hear about it. You can email us at walkingwithkelleyandkristy@gmail.com or find us on facebook or instagram at Walking with Kelley and Kristy.
We pray you are encouraged today and then go boldly into your circles of influence and SHINE bright the message of Jesus!

In this episode, our friend Deb Cooley joins us at the table to share and encourage us through her own personal testimony. She shares how the goodness and faithfulness of God was present in her life long before she knew God and walked with Him like she experiences Him today. Deb's story is one we all can relate to, on some level, and it serves as a real reminder that God loves us right where we are, He sees us and provides for our every need, and His loving arms protect us everyday, especially through the ever changing seasons and storms, this life seems to throw our way.
Ephesians 2:10 says, "we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
We pray you are encouraged to walk closer with the LORD today - and that you are willing to share and shine the light of Jesus, in and through your own story - as God gives you opportunity to do so TODAY!
Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."
John 10:10 "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that you may have life and have it abundantly."

This episode was originally recorded in 2023. So many of our listeners were impacted by Izabella McMillon's True Story of Hope, that we wanted to reshare it this Christmas season as a reminder - to keep packing your Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. This episode is proof that the children on the receiving end of them, are getting so much more than a beautifully wrapped box, filled with toys and goodies, but they are receiving the Love of JESUS, that their hearts are fully capable of understanding and responding to. We pray you are blessed.
In this episode, our friend Izabella McMillon shares her powerful testimony about growing up in communist Romania. Izabella learned about God through a hidden Bible in the floorboards of her small apartment, when she was just 7 years old. She learned about prayer at an early age, and God revealed himself to her in a very personal way. Izabella received a Christmas shoebox from Operation Christmas Child when she was thirteen, and it set her life on course for what she does today. Her testimony and relationship with CHRIST continues to encourage and spur on the body of Christ, to have HOPE, and WAIT with EXPECTANCY, for those things even not seen. Izabella has worked for Samaritan's Purse since 2014, where she is the Director of the Speaker's Bureau for Operation Christmas Child. Her testimony and WALK with CHRIST is amazing, and we pray you are encouraged and challenged to have HOPE in Christ this Christmas season. Please consider packing and sharing the LOVE of JESUS CHRIST through Operation Christmas Child today.

In this episode we are wrapping up a season on “growing through it", we believe this is an ongoing, lifelong practice of allowing God to teach us as we go through situations in life - maybe, the situations are not what we desired, or what we hoped for, or even what we expected, but when we trust God, we can be sure that He is at work and He has a GREATER plan than we do. Romans 5:3-5 that says
3 We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. 4 And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. 5 And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.
We pray you continue to pursue FAITH as you face fears THIS week! We love you! Keep Walking!

In this episode, we are reminded yet again, that God can use any opportunity HE sees fit, to grow us in our faith and draw others to himself, EVEN if over a simple cup of coffee. Who doesn't love a cup of coffee served up with a word of encouragement? The Che-sed Coffee cart is just that. Che-sed in Hebrew means "loving kindness", the loving kindness that God wants each of us to experience day in and day out - not because of what we can do for him, or because we know HIM, but because of WHO HE IS. With every cup of coffee served, that is exactly what the Shamblin Family wants you to experience, the LOVING KINDNESS of your creator, comforter, and friend!!
